Professional Journey
Associate Pastor for Church Ministry
LaRell served as an Associate Pastor for a multi-campus church comprising nine locations and over 4,000 members. His responsibilities included delivering sermons, teaching classes such as the "Home Improvement Department" marriage enrichment program, and conducting leadership training for various ministry teams, including Greeters, First Impressions, Parking, and Worship. He also provided counseling in areas like marriage, family, and crisis intervention.
Facility Director
Demonstrating exceptional project management skills, LaRell oversaw the construction of five new buildings for the central church campus. He managed the upfit and remodeling of two grocery stores and a former bar and supper club for new campus facilities, as well as spearheaded new church plant constructions. His role encompassed coordinating subcontractors, managing maintenance crews, and ensuring optimal facility operations.
